Dr. Federico Lamus received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the Colombian School of Dentistry in Bogota, Colombia. At the U.M.K.C. School of Dentistry he received his M.S. in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Diagnostic Sciences. He completed a General Practice Residency at Truman Medical Center. Dr. Lamus enjoys all phases of general dentistry but has a special interest in endodontics and I.V. sedations.

Dr. Lamus holds memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology the Hispanic Dental Association, the American '' Dental Association and the Kansas Dental Association.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lamus is involved in various church activities and enjoys soccer, tennis, skiing, and spending time with his family.
